Behavioral interview questions are primarily meant to test how well you can solve crises at work. Answer I. This is one of the most important behavioral interview questions where I have always wanted to be a head of a department and in my last job I was the head of our department. I achieved this through determination and hard work.
Answer II. I had planned to own my own home and I recently finished paying off my mortgage. I achieved this though saving and using my money wisely.
Question 3. Give me an example of a goal you did not reach and how you handled it.
Answer I. I have inspired to be trained as a specialist but because of tight schedule I did not get time to go for the training. I handled it by deciding to learn on the job.
Answer II. For a long time I failed to make my department the best department in the company. I handled it by motivating my colleagues and by the time I left the company we were the second best department.
Question 4. Tell me about how you worked effectively under pressure.
Answer I. I just try to be more organized so that I can overcome the pressure.
Answer II. This is one of the trickiest behavioral interview questions but I can say that I take my time to ensure I do not make mistakes while under pressure.
Question 5. How do you handle challenge?
Answer I. I try to understand the cause of the problem even before solving it.
Answer II. I apply different solutions to see which will work best.

Answer I. because this is one of the best companies in this industry.
Answer II. Because this company will help me grow my career.
Question 7. Have you ever postponed making a decision? Why?
Answer I. I once could not hire more staff and I had to postpone starting a certain project because I did not know whether the company will have enough money to pay the extra members of staff.
Answer II. I postponed resigning from my previous jobs because I had to take time to see whether the company had ambitions to grow.
Question 8. How did you handle meeting a tight deadline?
Answer I. This is also one of the most useful behavioral interview questions and I meet deadlines by ensuring I even work over time.
Answer II. I meet tight deadlines by being more organized and starting with the most urgent duties.
