Most resumes contain the word innovative. An innovative job seeker can as well mean that you have not done anything despite having the ideologies. Instead you should replace the world innovative with creative. Creative will make you better placed to get the job especially if you are going to back up the same with some specifics. To show your employer that you are creative, you have to outline some of the things you have developed and implemented. Created indicates you have something original.
It is common to come across resumes of job seekers who claim that they are hard working. Although every employer is looking for hardworking graduates, you must give more reasons why you qualify for the job. It is not easy to find a job seeker admitting that he or she is not hard working.
Furthermore, it is senseless to remind the employer that you are dedicated and hardworking because other job seekers will also say the same. In simple terms, you have to give the potential employer more reasons to consider your application. You can replace the word hardworking with achieved and then outline some of the areas you have done well.

Responsible is a vague term. Using the word responsible in your resume leaves behind many questions. The employer will be left wondering what exactly you can do if offered the job. Give yourself a specific level of authority.
Most job seekers think that when they talk and listen to others at the work places makes things get done, which the case is not necessarily. In most cases individuals who heap praise on themselves are not real. A good resume writer will drop phrases such as excellent communicator and replace them with excellent communications skills.
